Description

The flakes are tumbling toasted for around 30 seconds in huge cylindrical ovens. The toasting oven uses salt as intermediary medium. The salt is heated more than 200℃ and maintain this temperature. The salt is put into the inner cylinder, which is tilted. There is Spiral conveyer between outer cylinder and inner cylinder. Spiral conveyer bring salt to the ahead from the bottom of cylinder. Diesel oil consumption is 12L/hr. (LPG Consumption is 6m3 /hr) the corn flakes is fully expanded in toasting oven. The smoke is discharged by chimney.
